Is there any way to defeat a Websense site block?

I'm not trying anything bad, my work blocks almost everything, even Yahoo 360, so I'm just wondering. Don't say use a proxy server, they have all those blocked, too!!

no there is nothing you can do, you are htere to work and this is why they have all this stuff block. sucks but alot of companies are now doing this.
