go to www,realtor.com and type in the city and price range you want and you will see all the listings for that city.

i would say about $300,000 and up, but i am not sure what the "upscale" price range is in albuquerque means, but i think arizona and new mexico are fast becoming popular new areas for homes, rich people, and also resorts and vacation spots........i live in ohio and a $300,000 home would be considered VERY nice, i mean about 4,000 sq. feet, 4-5 bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms, nice yard and neighborhood, and possibly up to 5 acres, depening on what city/county you are in.............at least in my area, i live in Montgomery County, OHIO, about 1 hr north of Kentucky and 1 hour east of Indiana
