we been talking for a min and we start having sex and then one day the condom broke and i called him and told him and he said when the baby is born i want a blood test and if it is mine i will take care of it but i told his mom because he is only 22 and she said is it my son baby i said yes and he dont call at all and i turned 7weeks today

First of all look after you first. He for some reason doesn't want to be in a relationship at the moment.If he was asking for a DNA test then he also doesn't think you have only been with him.Give him the test,make him pay,move on for you and your child's sake.no matter how hard.He obviously is not worth it,"you and your child are".It won't be easy, but get help where you can. Friends ,family, clinics,etc.Make this a positive experience for you!

Have you slept with any other man? That is a legitimate question in that should he have a reason. I would get all the men if you have and get a DNA test for those you have slept with. If he was the only man (none of them entered you period or he was your only) then have him pay for the DNA test . Condoms break and even then are not 100 percent effective. All it takes is one time and if you have slept with more than one person unless having a DNA test it will be nearly impossible to tell who the father is. He's probably in denial if he was the only one because he probably saw condoms as 100 percent effective.

I was afraid to tell the guy i was sleepin wit i was b/c i was afraid of what the out come could be b/c we've always used a rubber but instead he was pretty cool about it ha!
But your guy well c he's young and he's gonna think like that b/c you've guys have only been talking for a min but mama she needs to stay in her place and let her son be a man!

Honey, get on with your and your sweet baby's life. You both are better off without him. If all of this has happened this way, why in the world would you want him around anyway? This one is a no brainer!!

As mean as this may sound it is the truth.He is not obligated to call you.The only thing he is obligated to do is when the baby is born get DNA and if the baby is his then go to court and get visitation and work out court order child support.This is about him and the baby,not you and him.

Because he really wasn't that into you to begin with; you were just being used for sex. People don't generally want to be bound to people they don't particularly care about for the rest of their lives.

Okay, so after the baby is born, have a blood test and then he will send you money (child support).
Or, you could do the baby a favor and put it up for adoption.

he is probably just freaked out if it really is his baby then you shouldn't have a problem with letting him have the paternity test
