The best and easiest way to remove this is by installing the Free Trial of Prevx1. This will scan your PC and remove this and any other infections free of charge.

First thing, don't download anymore of those bad toolbars. All of them even the google bar puts spyware onto your machine.
1: Turn off your system restore
2: Go to http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2005-050416-3519-99&tabid=3 and read the instructions for removal.
3: Get Search and Destroy, Spyware Terminator or any other spyware killer and you won't see it again.
4: When you are sure it is gone, turn your system restore back on.

SpyBot S&D which you can download from http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
Or you can get it on download.com where you can also get Adaware from Lavasoft.
Install both and then run one at a time, doing a full scan and deleting everything they find.
Zango it's spyware. When it installed it also put on your computer bad files. Those two programs I mentioned should help you get rid of everything.
