I keep getting "the spins" and i dont understand why. I haven't had alcohol in about 4 days and i don't do drugs. Someone explain why i keep getting them.

low blood sugar. If you have other things happening to you along with the spins, you may want to look up things in a med reference such as hypoglycemia, dehyration, vertigo, and pay attention to the things you are eating. hope you feel better!

Perhaps you have an inner ear infection or some other inner ear problem. This is common, and if you have had a blow to the head recently, I'm sure that it has to do with your tubes in your ear. See a doctor and let him check you out.

You could have fluid in the ears. That can cause your equallibrium to be off. Try a couple decongestants. If that doesn't help see your Dr as there could be something more going on.

well it all depends on when you get the spins if your sitting or kneeling and you get up it is your blood rushing to your head. if its not that talk to your doctor and see if it is vertigo.

sounds like an equalibrium issue...Just a thought. Im not a doctor or anything, could it be a sinus issue, maybe a cold? virus?

If your talking about getting dizzy, you may have vertigo, your doctor can diagnos this for you.
