I am an MD. It has been said that going to medical school is like trying to take a drink from a fire hose. I agree with this. As to which class is the hardest? That depends on your interests and learning style. I did my best in Pharmacology and Microbiology, and the worst in Pathology and Neuroanatomy, but I know friends who did the opposite. As far as what was the hardest in the entire medical education sequence? That would be internship, by far. This is because you are more or less expected to know everything and yet you know nothing (well, sort of) and people's lives depend on you being right all the time and you never get any sleep and you have to work 36 hours without stopping and you have to be at your best and brightest and most brilliantly intelligent for your attending supervising physician despite having not had any sleep for the entire 28 hours before he meets with you.....should I go on?

the science they give in med school is simplified for lack of time to teach it, about 4-6 weeks. Anatomy and physiology are probably the ones to watch out for, and even they aren't that bad.

I think biochmeistry would be easy compared to Anatomy and Physiology..especially NeuroAnatomy!
