The best in my opinion is No Limits Roller Coaster Simulation, it is the MOST realistic roller coaster simulation "game" there is. It is so realistic that some manufacturers have licensed their unique coaster models to them (Vekoma, Maurer Shone, etc.) and it includes models from Bolliger & Mabillard as well as Intamin AG. Some manufacturers even use the program to show off their designs to amusement parks. No Limits only designs coasters though, not parks. Best of all, its only $30 but its download only. It does have a free trial, but it doesn't include nearly all the features the full version includes. It also has a very realistic simulator for it as well so you can ride your coaster in stunning 3D graphics and view it from any angle.
Note: this is a VERY difficult game, it requires much time (upwards of 10 hours) to design a fully functional, safe, and great coaster. You must also learn about realistic g-forces to make a good ride on here. It does take some getting used to, so don't expect to be the best right when you get it.

The best amusement park designing game is Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 (Platinum). It isn't nearly as realistic as No Limits in the field of roller coaster designing but it is very realistic in the full spectrum of an amusement park. It is also only $30 in software form.

Currently, the best is Roller Coaster Tycoon.(1,2, or 3) Its actually a really fun game. Theres also Sim coaster (PC) and Thrillville(Xbox), but those arent as fun as the others. All of there you might have to buy at the store for about $20 bucks a piece.

I thought rollercoaster tycoon was kinda hard to navagate so i went to the dollar store and found this game for pc called "Ultimate Ride" it was made in 2001 and Disney makes it. I found this to be more realistic. try this out
