does it have to do with conversion? if yes, can someone explain it?

If you are trying to put DVDs on an iPod here is a website you can go to:http://www.anders.com/guides/convert/video/iPod/windows.html
You only need a DVD tray on your computer.
If this doesn't work, make sure your iPod isn't maxed out

Maybe it can't hold anymore space for a video so maybe if u want it badly delete a few songs that is what happends to me some times i also have ones or is this a video on itunes or one of a cd if it is off a cd it may not work

either it is a space issue but are the videos formatted for ipod video such as in quicktime.
