How do you know how all Black people feel? Did you go to every door of every Black person in the world doing a poll/survey? It's safe to assume not, so how did you come to that conclusion. I am not rich (middle class) but I have nothing against rich people nor do I feel jealously towards them. If you didn't know it a lot of Black people have money as well. I work everyday as a dance teacher, a sales associate at the gap and a full time student involved in a lot of organizations. My parents when we moved here from Nigeria when I was very young, my parents had to start all over again, they worked hard everyday and they still despite sometimes having only a little gave back to those less fortunate. I wish all rich people and people in general would learn that having more money doesn't always mean you are better, smarter or that you work harder, it only means that you saved a lot your money for yourself. I suggest next time you think before you speak.

Do you know that a white male makes more money DOING THE SAME JOB than a white female, black male, Asian male etc...?
Do you know that Blacks and Hispanics always get a highly interest rate on their home loans then whites? Even if they have the same credit scores and in some cases make more money?
These are facts that you could go and research if you don't believe me, but don't hear blacks crying about this or anything else on this board, its only the white racist like yourself.
If you understood that Whites make of 70+ percent of this arrest in this county but less then 5% of the prison population, it SHOULD tell you that something is wrong. This is a fact too that you can research if you like.
I can assure you that I have worked for what I got.
Oh and Its 'Little word of advice' not what you put down. I have some advice for you. Go take a grammar course before you insult people!

Black people aren't the only ones mad about being poor! Every other race thinks it SUCKS too! And for your information, there are rich black people. Have you only met the ONE black person in all your life? I think maybe you might understand better if you would volunteer your time at a homeless shelter. You would see that poverty comes in ALL colors! Give away all your money and see how YOU survive!

What makes you think that the amount of money one has is equated with ones race? ? I doubt that you have ever tried to have a civil conversatin with a Black person in your life. How to succeed at work:
1. Go to high school. GRADUATE from High School.
2. Go to college. GRADUATE from college.
3. Get a job. MEN included!
4. Arrive at work ON TIME, each day.
5. Do NOT take Monday, Friday, and the day before and/or the day AFTER holidays, off as a sick day.
6. Do not talk on the phone all day to your mother, your aunt, your sister.
7. SPEAK ENGLISH. Ebonics is not a language.
8. Do not SPEAK SLANG. Momma' Dis' etc. are not words.
10. Save your sick time, vacation time, for when you really need it. Not suck both dry, and then really get sick; asking others to donate THEIR TIME to you.
12. Do NOT hang around together in a group, talking all day while others do the work.
I work for a business that has 1,280 employees. The BLACKS constantly do evereything BUT 1-12 every day. The get the least pay, take the most sick time, and only give excuses all day long for not doing any work.
