I need a cute designer dress to wear to a formal occasion, but I'm having trouble finding a nice dress online. I need one that isn't too low-cut or strapless. Any suggestions of a place that sells designer dresses online besides Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, etc.?
