This is the only picture with Kakashi unmasked, and it's actually by Masashi Kishimoto, volume 2, chapter 16.

all you posted is internet cartoon..., kakashi's whole face never shows in the original cartoon.
but there is an episode when Naruto sakura invite kakashi for noodles to see his face, but the plan failed at last. however the shopkeeper and his daughter saw it, and astonished with hearts in their eyes...kakashi must be the cutest guy in naruto, the author wants to keep his mask for reader's imagination and mystery.
