I HAVE been to Egypt (Cairo) and while there were some blacks around there are also blacks in London, England so it doesn't prove anything!

I don't believe ancient egyptians were genetically *******. Yes, their skin may have been dark..( I haven't met any ancient egpts yet..) or golden from climate, but had facial features that were more causacoid-long, narrow nose; thin lips; NON-prognathic jaw. Even cranial morphology was different from the 3 races on Earth (caucasoid, mongoloid, *******) indicating they may have been a separate race.
Obviously, the answer given by JAS M above & others shows a total lack of thought and shows not one iota of credible information. There are many misinformed people who pass along false info blindly to others without questioning it's validity. This is called rumor passing. Who loses out? Those who believe the rumor.

It is not myth but a fact that the ancient egyptians were not Arab but were African!
Arabs only invaded Egypt during the 16th century therefore they are not the native egyptians.
Before getting into your racist comments do yourself a favour and go and find out in detail about ancient egypt and migration in Africa then you will know of the historic and scientific facts.

I'm Egyptian.. and Ancient Egypt was in many parts, especially upper egypt, Black, but then over time there was mixing from neighbouring nations...
So yeah..

Well generally speaking, most of us think if it is a part of Africa, it's black. At least that's the attitude in the area where I live at.
Can you really blame us? What are we suppose to think when no one has really attempted to correct us of until now? And to be honest, I don't really think most of us even exist.

Egyptians were black. It is because of the fact that a lot of mixing happened over there and there are black Egyptians still over there. You just have to look for them because the Arabs keep them hidden from the tourist. And did you know if you are born over their no matter what you look like on your birth certificate it will say white. So they are trying to make us forget who we are.
