I want to scream, cry hit things and rant at the unfairness of it all.

It is totally natural for you to be feeling this. Please find a friend that will listen to you. Or keep emailing me, I'll listen. (I do work 8a-4p, but I'll still be here) Sometimes writing things down helps you sort through your feelings and put thing into prospective.

That is a totally rational and perfectly sane way to react to ANYTHING that happens. Just go with it.
