why are my ******* muscles jumpimg in my arm and my theigh and legs and **** is this from the baby (4 months pregnant) sorry to be so vouger but its really irritating me bad

It could be tiredness or possibly a trapped nerve causing it from giving birth!

My muscles jump when I'm over tired. Are you sleeping ok? Congrats on the baby by the way! :)
