First, Please don't say "ask your parents", I am the parent. Our primary tv is awaiting repair, we are temporarily using this Panasonic CT-27G24A manfd in 1999. Several years ago our then 13 year old locked Game Guard and said "always" and used a password that he can't remember, since then can't get channel 3 or 4. The operators manual says if this happens you have to bring it to a service person. We don't want to do that. Does anyone know what the service person would do? I can't find any reset buttons on it, or, is there a place to download or see a service manual free?

I have seen a similar question like yours on here a while back. They were told to unplug the set for 10 minutes or more. Then plug in and start over, this should reset everything. I hope this helps since I never heard if it did or not.
