You can but, the only thing is make sure the dad is the dutch and the mom is the lop. Also, make sure it is a Holland Lop. A Holland or French lop are the only Lops that can have that size of a baby. Becareful to not keep the buck and female together to long.

You can breed all domestic rabbits together, provided one doesn't squash the other when they try to breed.
However, if you do, half the litter will probably die. This is normal for first litters of rabbits. The babies are born blind, hairless, and vulnerable. It's likely the mother will not use the nest box you'll give her, and just have them on the wire, where they'll be chilled from exposure. This is when most of them would die. On occasion, mother rabbits will turn cannibal and eat the kittens out of fear or stress. They also stomp the kittens if they run into the nest when they're startled.
You'll end up with possibly eight, but more likely three or four young rabbits. They will need separate housing after they're weaned from the mother, at six weeks old. You'll need to separate the males from the females, or else they'll impregnate their sisters. You'll have to sell the rabbits, which might be difficult because of their mixed parentage---unless you plan to kill and eat them.
Young rabbits can be tender enough for barbecue, like chicken. Older rabbits should be stewed.
If you leave your female unfixed, she could turn nasty from the hormones. Lots of females I've known would attack my hand, and would have bitten me, had I given them the chance. Unfixed males will spray urine several feet through the air.
I advise you to fix both your rabbits. I'm not exaggerating the blood, death, and nastiness of breeding these animals.

Yes its perfectly possible and more so with the smaller dutch being the male. I had a friend a few years ago who had a flemish giant X New zealand white doe who was the size of a springer spaniel and weighed in at about 12kilos. My friend offered to look after my male polish rabbit when I was on holiday and put them together thinking that the obvious was unlikely considering the size difference. Two weeks later, the X flemish gave birth to 16 kittens all of which grew up to be half the size of the mother, but twice the size of the father

Yes, but why? Are you going to be able to keep all the babies? Every year 1000's of rabbits are dumped in shelters or released outside where most quickly die.
If you have m/f rabbits it is better to get them spayed/neutered and keep them as pets. If you don't have rabbits now, why not adopt and give one or two of those homeless rabbits a home. The links I've included have info on rabbit care and rescues.
Here are some articles on why to NOT breed your rabbit:

You can breed the two breeds together. However if you would ever like to show them, you will probably not be able to show them since the babies will be a mixed breed. Some 4-H shows bend the rules and accept mixed breeds to be shown, but any sanctioned rabbit show by the ARBA will not allow you to show them.

I'm pretty sure that you can mix the breeds but they have to be the same size or the female has to be bigger if the father is bigger then the baby's might come bigger and the mother might not be able the take the baby's out

yes you can cross the 2. They are close enough in size(just a few pounds off) To breed. If you want to show them or something like that then dont cross them, But if they are for pets, It will be fine. I pernonaly hate mutts, But they will mate.
