One hundred years ago there was this American Soldier named Henry (C.H) and everyone made fun of him, now this place where he and the other soldiers were staying was a place called Battery Russel, at Fort Stevens and all of the sudden the sargents found one by one soldiers with their neck sliced and no one knew what was happening, so the head sargent decided to stay up one night to see what was going on. So he did, he sat on a chair, rifel in hand and he saw C.H's sleeping bag move, and C.H was about to slice the next person's neck when he saw the sargent and started running for him, dagger in hand, the sargent pointed the gun at C.H's head and shot him point blank, right as C.H sliced his throat and they both dropped dead, he now still haunts Battery Russel at nigh, looking for someone elses neck to slice, there are two things you never do if you value your life, first never go there between the hours of 12am and 4am or he will slice your neck, and never say his name after dark.Scary?
