I see someone said that the USA has no leader. How so? The Presidential Position is filled. The Senate and House are filled, I think we are being led capably, and you made no effort to answer the question. Chaos would ensue if there was no leader, and soceity would break into many different sections, each with a leader or group of leaders. When one of them grows powerful, they would take over the other weaker states and make a powerful country. That is my best guess.

It would be impossible because someone or a group would assert authority. It is part of Human nature. What you probably find is tribal groups and waring between different factions. Hmmm sounds like what it is. {unfortunatly}
