None of the above. Well, maybe he could deal more force ably with illegal immigration. The WAR on TERROR is rocking along pretty good but THE BATTLE in IRAQ needs more attention. I think the left wing faction is scared sh--less that GW will resolve the Iraq problem even before he leaves office. If eavesdropping on telephone conversations prevents successful terrorist attacks, DO IT.
