Man U would likely benefit tremendously from it as they would have one of the world's best attacking midfielders to set up Rooney and Saha. He would also add some Brazilian flair to the team.

It would never happen for several reasons-
1) Neither player wants to go anywhere
2) Neither team would accept a trade like this
3) The fans of both clubs would hunt down the owners and managers of the team and kill them
Also, as a critique - Cristiano Ronaldo is a great finishing player as is evidenced by his scoring outburst this year, and has a tremendous touch on the ball, however Ronaldinho has a much more complete game and is, for my money, definitely the consummate player more so than C. Ronaldo

I don't think it will happen like that! I do see Cristiano Ronaldo leaving united though! I wouldn't like it a bit! As far as both playing for Barca...maybe it would be a good combination! Ronaldinho is a more experience player, but Cristiano Ronaldo is well on this way to be even greater! everyone knows that! whether some don't agree!- at this time.

As a Man Utd. fan i don't like either of them. C. Ronaldo is a diver and a whiner, and they both are showboats. If it was to happen though, it would be a bad move. Ronaldo gives Utd. alot on the wings where ronaldinho may have better vision but he doesn't have as much pace or as good of wing play. Utd. just need to worry about winning the league and keeping the guys they have...not picking up high profile players who are almost out of their prime.
also historically brazillians haven't done to well at Man. Utd.

As a Barca fan I tell you - It won't happen, don't you worry.
But it's possible that C. Ronaldo will come to Barca. Ronaldinho definitely won't come to Man U. It is a great club, but if Ronnie was to leave Barca he would go to Milan

Theres is no way Barca would give up Ronaldinho. Who would want to give up one of the best players in the world for an inconsistent baby who likes to dive.

Its all paper talk.
It half that crap was true, Giggs would be off to Newcastle (as would Rooney, as Newcastle would have beat us to him), Scholes would never play again, Ronaldo would already be in Spain, Rio would be at Chelsea, Evra would be back in France....
If the papers were right HALF the time, there wouldn't be a Manchester United.
Ronaldo well be off to Spain eventually, but Ronaldinho won't be coming the other way.

I would compare them like an elephant to an ant. Ronaldinho being the elephant of course. I dont think Man Utd can handle Ronaldinho. C. Ronaldo sucks.
