There is only name of recipient, not a sender, also the stamp looks fake, not real postmark from the Postal Office.
Is this a wichcraft or not?

How about someone saw you drop the comb or thought you did, found out your address and mailed it to you? Maybe the comb belongs to someone in your family and you were the only one they knew to send it to? Why would you jump to thinking this is witchcraft? Take the letter to the postoffice and have them verify the stamp and postmark. Otherwise, treat it as a childish joke and ask yourself why you are so paranoid? Maybe someone just thought that you needed a new comb for your wonderful head of hair? Again, why always think negatively? Be thankful, not everyone has a comb!

In the future, please do not open mail with no return address.

Mail with no return address never has a legitimate purpose and is only intended to annoy, patronize, or threaten people. Discard the letter and its contents in a public waste recepticle, and I would contact the post office just to see if they have any other advice.

Otherwise disregard it. I don't understand why they deliver this stuff anyways....

I would put this quesiton in the "Computers & Internet" category in hopes of finding an expert there who might answer your question. I've come across some great technical whizzes in that category,. Otherwise, I'd report it to Yahoo and let them take care of it.

Maybe you have messy hair? I have no idea!!!! Can you make out the handwriting on the envelope? Familiar?

Definitely NOT witchcraft but someone has a weird sense of humor...

No way to know. It COULD be someone telling you that they do not like how you groom your hair? (Like indirectly saying "why don't you use a comb?") But really don't waste your time working this out, 'cause someone ELSE has a problem!
