I.E----Obama runs...he has to have a repub as his vice....
Rudi runs...he has to have a dem as his vice...

That's not really a good idea. Just imagine President Bush as President, and Al Gore as VP. Not good.
Or think about Reagan as President, and Jimmy Carter as VP. Also not a good idea.

That used to happen when there was a separate election for President and VP. It doesn't work.
