She can be honest or just a b*tch. It really depends if she is like that to everyone and not just only you she is honest. But if she says it to you only she might be a b*tch. Not everyone is tat honest though.

If she is 'really' your friend, there is no reason for the rude and blunt part. Honesty is great and needs to be shared with your friend, but tactfulness is a wonderful quality.
Hopefully, she will obtain this as she matures. In the mean time,
sounds like she is practicing on you. Now, it is your turn to become assertive and gently tell her how her rudeness and bluntness are offensive to you, she can drop that part and keep the honesty and the friendship will last.
good luck

Depends...true friends say what is on their mind. If its vile honesty and said in ways to hurt you, she is not a real friend. Some people are very blunt. My sister is super blunt sometimes hurtful...doesn't mean that she is a ***** necessarily. I called my sister that but she cares for me deep down and has a good heart. Done so much for me and always been there for me. Good luck! And remember, don't burn any bridges by jumping to conclusions!

I guess I would have to be there to know for sure, but unfortunately she sounds like a *****. Your friends will tell you like it is but they will do it in the most careing way possible. If she's just blunt and rude then she really doesn't sound like much of a friend. Sorry.

Sounds like beeotch material to me....I got my first pair of glasses recently and wore them to work for the first time. One girl said (without being asked) that they were "matriarchal". What a blow when I was hoping they were kind of hot, considering I have to wear them...AND I had spent all that time picking out the ones I thought looked best on me. I gave her a death look and she said, "What? At least you know you'll always get the truth from me." I told her that falls under the category of "If you don't have anything nice to say, just don't say anything..." Sound like what you're referring to?
