What part? The Philippine Archipelago has over 7,000 islands. Virtually all of the inhabitable islands large enough to have a post office, also have their own zip code. It is no different than here in America. Simply determine which island or area you are interested in and go online and Google it. You can also Google Map it and get a vivid look at the area before you go as well as housing rentals, places to stay, etc. That is how we found the house in Tarlac city, Tarlac Province on Luzon; that we bought.

By the way, they use the term "ZIP" in The Philippines. The difference is they use a four digit code rather than the five (or nine) in the U.S. It is written in all capitals since it is an abbreviation for "Zone Improvement Plan". Hinoba-an, for example, is 6114.
