I believe Lane Kiffin for the Raiders is now the youngest head coach in the NFL. Kiffin is just 31, but he's the son of Tampa Bay's long time defensive coordinator Monty Kiffin and is the former USC offensive coordinatior. He's got just one year of NFL experience but his dad has been with Tampa Bay since long before the Pewter and Gold was introduced. Hopefully for the Raiders the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.
Before him was Gruden at 34 when he was hired at Tampa Bay. And back in 1963 Al Davis was just 33 when he took over the Raiders.
