You can't really know without a test. Your symptoms would be very similar to PMS - breast tenderness, mood swings, being tired. That's how it feels in the very beginning. Unfortunately, that is how it feels when you are about to start your period. Take a test. You need to be at least a day late for your period before you take it.

Why would you want to? Taking a homes test is quick, private, inexpensive and very easy.
There are a whole bunch of physical symptoms of pregnancy during the first trimester but not every woman experiences them, and even if you do experience them it does not necessarily mean you are pregnant. PMS or hormonal imbalances can closely mimic early pregnancy, as can the stress of worrying about whether you are actually pregnant.
Or I guess you could just wait it out for the second trimester and if, in a few months, you have a bulging belly with a baby kicking about inside, then you could safely say you would know you were pregnant....
If you think you might be pregnant wait until 14-21 days after intercourse and if your period is still absent do a home pregnancy test. That way, no second guessing a whole bunch of vague symptoms that may or may not mean you are pregnant.

You don't, unless you wait until the child is moving, but that could be gas, or wait until you go into labor, but no medical care during a pregnancy is just stupid!

You don't, because any and all of the symptoms can be symptoms of other things including skipped periods.
