William Henry Harrison. He died about a month after taking office and he didn't have time to mess anything up.

I like George Bush, because he doesn't let other people make up his mind for him. He has his convictions and stands by them! The Lib's can bash him all they want and while he tries to please them and convince him them he thinks is right , he doesn't have to do what they want him to do. ( if he did it , they would bash him for that also).
Reagan had strong convictions also, and while I didn't always agree with his policy's, I admired him because he did not let anyone sway him.
I think Truman was a great president as he had what both of these presidents had , Plus! He turned out to be a good president even though people did not think so at that time.
Please no saying Clinton was, no morals , no values and no convictions, ran his presidency on poll results.

George Washington. War hero, founding father and true supporter of democracy. He resisted the draw of power by refusing to found a monarchy. He set the tone for the presidency for the next 200+ years. He also had the grace to step down before he became institutionalized.

Washington. He set the standard with the ideals of this country in mind. He is the yardstick by which all subsequent Presidents have been measured, most of which didn't measure up.

Ronald Reagan. he was all for the government staying out of your life, he was able to maintain peace, he didnt take crap off of anyone, he was an all around nice guy and a true every man. yes he was a movie star but he was always someone who was willing to work hard for what he got and never just give anyone anything they didnt earn. i wish he was still alive and could still run for president.
on a side note communism is an old theory that has been proven time and time again to fail. it turns into totalitarianism, and dictatorship. true communism can never work the human spirit takes over and the need to be rewarded for what you do over powers everything else.
