My JV baseball tryouts is on march 5th and they are going to time us in pushups and situps. i have no problem with my situps but if i start doing the pushups now, will i improve doing my pushups before march 5th? or is it too late for an improvment?

If you start now, you will improve over time.

Most certainly. It may not be much of an improvement, but it will be a help. Two summers ago, I was going to try out for the team. On June 8, I could do five push-ups before collapsing. By the 30th, I could do 25. You will definitely improve. However, the coaches will be much more interested in skills and work ethic and hussle than on your pushup and situp times.

try to do a hundred a day as a start. Do this in incriminates maybe like twenty or ten at a time. U have at least two weeks to get into shape which is a pretty good amount of time. I would also recommend the bench press because that will help with push ups as well
