When I asked how to tell if my ring is real, someone said to check inside if it said "925." It does, it says "SE7GIM[or N i cant tell]925. Does that mean its real?

It would probably be easier to take it to a jeweler to have it looked at. I had a ring that I thought was gold...turns out it was only gold-filled. I also had a ring I wasn't sure if the side stones were diamonds or CZs. They were able to tell me right away.

The 925 means that it is sterling silver.

The other numbers are probably the manufacturer's "hallmark".

Silver, with gold/nickel filling for strength, but otherwise, pure silver.
