Yea but blue is not yellow and neither is red so does that mean red and blue are the same?

Inequality. Hmmm. Very convoluted concept! Blue is blue & yellow is yellow & red is red. What possible similarity could there be to any of them?

You should take RHETORIC. You are asking a red herring type of question. blue is not red.
yellow is not red.
therefore......neither are red

That is the only conclusion possible. Inequality is not part of the equation or issue....hence, a red herring.

yes. In the sense they are both not red. They belong to the same set of not red.

No that just means that blue and yellow are not red.

I can have a beautiful shirt and an okay shirt and both wouldn't be an ugly shirt. It doesnt mean that the okay shirt is beautiful is just means it isn't ugly.

clearly blue is not yellow.
hence they are not the 'same'
the key word here is 'same'.
the meaning of which, determings both the answer and its relevance.
