I am not following you on this. If you ran a red light, you need to just pay your fine. It's not going to be like Judge Judy. You are not an attorney pleading your case. You either plead guilty or not guilty and if you plead not guilty, you tell the Judge why you are not guilty and then he will decide.

You're in a pissing contest and you normally lose when it's a pissing contest with you and the police officer.
Do you have any other witness to back you up that the light wasn't red?
If you don't, my advice to pay the damn fine and be done with it already.
