No...I totally think he is responsible...first of all...I thought it was established that he administered methodone to Daniel....he isn't an MD so if Daniel was withdrawling for Heroin and needed methodone...he should have gone to a Doctor and Stern should not have been the one administering it...esp since Daniel had ingested other substances...so that was gross neglegence...probably neglegent homocide at least...

With Anna...her Cause of death is still unknown...what is known though is that she allegedly had a fever of 105..he said she was sleeping when he left her...if someone you love has a fever of 105..you don't leave...105 is a life threatening fever and you don't have to be a Dr. to know that...that is just common sense...she should have been taken to a hospital..or if she didn't want the publicity...I am sure that she had enough money to have a Dr. make a house call. Also I know that hospitals can keep the identities of celebrity patients confidential...they do it at Ceders-Sinai and other hospitals in Los Angeles all the time.

This may sound paranoid...I watch forensic files all the time...there are substances that do not show up immediately in an autopsy..you have to look very closely for them...they will find something..just not right away...I think he is the #1 suspect.

I read someones list about suspects though and it made no sense...she said the 80 year old guys family since now Anna can't get the $...First of all...all she had to do is survive him to be entitled...which she did...now that she is dead...without a will...under California law it would go to her daughter...just need to appoint a guardian for her daughter to go to court for her. question is...where did she exactly live..she had residency in Bahamas..but she didn't give up her US citizenship...interesting question...

Then it was said the baby would go into Foster Care...that is also rediculous...Foster Care does not want to take children when there is a suitable relative that can raise the child...while the men are all fighting to see who the father is...the court will most likely give the child to her mother or her sister.

Anyway...TMI I'm done

I don't thiink he was directy responsible but he was indirectly repsonsible for the death of Anna Nicole. He saw what she was heading for and did nothing to help her. Everyone could tell she was really messed up and needed professional help during her last few interviews.

Who cares! Does the media ever care about your family members when they die?
