I don't know really know which one is better because I like them both and the both got good burgers.

Hands down In-N-Out Burger!
My fav is the double-meat, single cheese, animal style, medium rare burger.

Well, I like Jack in the Box, have good fries. Live in the Carolinas were there are no In N OUts, saw one though in LA, didn't eat there though. I grew up in the mid west and the only fast place you have was Burger King and McDonalds and KFC. In high school they built there first Taco Bell 20 minutes away it was big news.

I think In-N-Out is in California, Nevada, and Arizona only. Their food is the best when all you want is burgers and fries. But if you want chicken, then Jack in the Box is the place for that.

OK, let's elaborate. This is a BIG country. California, Oregon, and Washington, and Arizona only makes up a very small portion of it. In n' Outs and Jack in the Boxes are only populated in these regions. I live in a Midwestern state (Michigan). Do you see where I'm going? If not, let me know.

Jack ITB used to be in Mich. Oh, the times we had. Now the only way I can get my tacos at 8 am is by going to Nevada. Love that clown!

heard of both them places... never been to one though... course i live in ohio and never been out the state except ONE time... but i've heard they got good food.

Luv both, but in comparison I like in and out better .
