I'm not talking about achievements, I'm talking about that Old Spice Challenge.

Achievements are goals you can reach while playing a game to increase you're gamerscore. To look at them, go to your profile, click games, then choose what game you want to unlock achievements for and then click on one to see what you have to do.

from your xbox 360 dashboard, the very first screen. go to your profile and press a. go to view games, select the game you want to find the achievements for, and it will give you a list of the challenges!
press A to see how to get the achievement!
