Yup, they all have to meet the same standards. We breast feed, but I get formula for my best friends little one from Sams Club, IIRC, it's Parents Choice and it also has Lipids and DHA. Plus it's less than $20 for 56 oz (powdered) compared to $30 or more for Enfamil 2/3rds the size.

Yes all formula must meet the national standard. Parents Choice is very safe for your baby and you can save a great deal of money using it. If you are going to switch formula I suggest doing it slowly, one bottle at a time as to not upset your baby's stomach. Good luck

We tried BJ's brand formula and found the powder to not be of the same quality as the Enfamil. But that was just us.... Parents Choice could be better though.

I found Parents Choice to be just as good as the name brands. My kids couldn't drink the name brands without vomitting it all back up, but Parents Choice went down easily. My babies thrived on it.

fairly, i'm very hostile to CIO. My 6 month previous has been waking often in the evening considering she grow to be 3 months previous. till about 3 weeks in the past, no exaggeration, she would wake 4-8 situations a evening, regularly more beneficial. that is insane. there is not any longer some thing incorrect with her, she is fed, replaced, etc. She basically can not get herself again to sleep. I actually have suggested soooo many situations that i'm waiting to easily enable her cry, yet i will not and could no longer do it. It fairly is going hostile to my beliefs, and that i will not do it. a lot because it stresses me out (I actually have a 2 and a nil.5 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous), i'd quite sleep with her, carry her, feed her, etc. than enable her scream through herself in her room. Ignoring your newborn's cries is undesirable parenting, for my area. no longer all children understand the thanks to self-soothe through 3 months. many don't learn it till 6, or maybe 9 months. i do not consider letting a touch one in each and every of ANY age cry, yet a 2 month previous is basically too youthful through almost each and each and every individual's criteria. Edit - basically to characteristic, no longer letting your infant cry does no longer unavoidably lead them to spoiled. My 2 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous does no longer "cry till we p.c.. her up and without delay end". She is a properly-adjusted, take care of two and a nil.5 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous.

Yes. All formulas have to meet federal standards. I used full price name brand for my first baby and generic for my other six, and they all turned out just fine :) Go ahead, save the money!

I have used Parents' Choice for both of my kids. They actually took it better than the name brands, also.

That is actually what Ross Laboratories manufactures for Walmart, a generic version of Similac. Nothing different.

Yes!!! It took me 3 months to give in, thinking name-brands were better. I now use store-brands,a nd my baby actually reacts better to them. I use Parents Choice now, and it's totally comparable... go for it!!
