I'm trying to look for this part on wholesale car part sites and I dont see anything listed for fan belts! Where exactly should I look? Does anyone know a website that has the the estimated labor hours for completing certain jobs on cars?

They sometimes list them as accessory belts or drive belts.

In most modern cars radiator cooling fan is directly driven by an electric motor- there is no belt used. However if in your car the fan is driven by a belt it is generally called a fan belt and some call it as cogged belt.

Its a serpentine belt or drive belt. Some older cars also have v belts

It sounds like you have very little knowledge about cars. You need to hook up with a car nut or go to your local auto supply house. You'll save a lot of money.
