I don't think so because I'm so early into my pregnancy, but I thought I would ask.

Most likely, you're fine...but it can't hurt to call the doctor just to ask. If you start feeling very crampy, have any bleeding etc... don't wait around. Go to the hospital. If it's just your back, I'd call my doctor and just fill him/her in.

well, this is the time when the baby is very very vulnrable. so there is 50 50 chance that the baby might be a miscarriage. But its not certain. But there is one thing you should be worried about. I think you have: BAD LUCK SYNDROME!
Just kidding. No such thing. But if there was you would have it. I mean you falling, then the chair fell on you. But no surprise that your back hurts I mean thats because you fell and the chair fell on you. So, you might have a miscarriage but you might not. I'm not a Pro but you should ask a doctor about this. It might be serious!
Hope it works out ok! *has worried face*

Every OB doctor will tell you that they want to know about any falls. I would call and schedule an appointment. An ultrasound at this early stage may only show a yoke sac and not show anything inside. They may not do a ultrasound for this type of thing, but it never hurts to at least call and talk to your doctor. It will give you peace of mind as well.

If you're not spotting, you should be fine. But if you are really worried, call your doctor, and at least go in to let them check the babies heartbeat. You would be so surprised how safe your baby is inside of you. Lower back pressure is something to watch. Till you get to the doctor, stay in bed as much as possible.(especially if you were to start spotting)

Wouldnt hurt to get a check up. Safety for the baby tops anything else at the moment.

Your probably fine. That is why your baby is cushioned in your uterus. It is meant to protect it fomr harm. I went in to my doctors a few times after I feel and he said it was perfectly fine to double check, but in most cases, nothing will happen.

Especially with how tiny your little one is inside of you right now. Don't worry, and call the doctor to JUST double check in case. Nothing wrong with going to the doctors :)
