I thought if it worked, maybe someone went to space with it? Why else would you astral project, except to learn about the space you don't know.

Does it work? Yes.
How do you do it? One of those things you learn on your own, and just do.
Do people go into space using it? Probably not, its more of a personal exploration of the mystical and spiritual realm, not the real world.
