can anyone help me i think i have made a big mistake buying a wireless router . the problem is i cant find the firmware to download in order to update it.
the model is nlwl rou01/b which is new link i bought it from maplin and now its discontinued the newlink website is pathetic
please help someone

Yes some are tricky to use! I had a MSI router and it really messed me off trying to set it up and i gave up in the end and went to PC world and got a linksys router with usb receiver + speed booster ..... its great and really easy to set up!!

If it's not working take it back to Maplin they are good at refunds, explain problem.

Take it back, buy a netgear. They come out top on the review sites and I bought mine based on consumers reviews and its great.
