You can major in whatever you want to and become a pediatrician. You just have to have certain classes to get into medical school. These include two semesters of chemistry with lab, two semesters of biology with lab, two semesters of physics with lab, and two semesters of organic chemistry with lab. Of course, the majority of medical students got their bachelor's degree in biology.

Yes you can.

Med schools don't care what your major is as long as you take their required classes.

You don't start training to be a pediatrician until after med school (during your residency).

Preferably, you can take a course in clinical psychology, which would possibly help in the field of pediatrics.
