Why can`t they build a smog legal two stroke street legal M/C.?

Cuz evertime they do, the EPA tightens the restrictions, as if the few 2 bangers on the road are causing the problem, not the 18 wheelers. Its ridiculous.

They can produce street legal 2 strokes. They aren't popular enough in the USA so aren't built for our market. In Europe you can get fuel injected smog legal 2 strokes. They comply with Euro 3 which is stricter than any USA emmissions law.

Motorcycles are exempt from smog testing in california.
