Rubbing alcohol takes it off most surfaces, but I'm not sure about this. There is a product called Oops sold at stores, but it would be expensive if you needed much. A small bottle costs about $4.

On stucco, I have to believe you might as well plan on repainting.
I agree with the people above me on removing graffiti from smooth surface's, but on something as rough and porous as stucco, I don't know of a thing that would take it off...short of painting.

use a dry erase marker and go over the permanent marker and this lift the permanent marker out.

Spray it with hairspray and then wash the building down with warm soap and water and rinse. The hairspray does the trick fairly well...You may have to scrub some though with a brush.
