how can i make ring tones for my phone every time i try it doesn't work?

It's possible that you are doing it right and you just have a defective phone. You should be able to find instructions through your carriers website on how to set you ring-tones up. Then, if you know for sure that you are doing it correctly and it is still not working, you need to bring it to a technician at your local store (if applicable, some carriers don't have technicians). If your carrier doesn't have technicians then the reps at your local store should be able to help you out.
