Moreno's in Orange.
They have live Mariachi music at night and an outside patio to sit.
Food is outstanding and the atmosphere is wonderful.
It is on Chapman Ave (towards the hills) in Orange

Umm I think you mixed the name of the restaurant. The other 2 answers are correct, there is a restaurant called El Mariachi in Orange County and Moreno's Family Restaurant......Just to let you know, "cena" means dinner in Spanish. SOOO, I think you confused the 2 words for a restaurant name.

I've been to El Mariachi Restaurant and Bar in the City of Orange. Pretty good show.

Taleo in Irvine is fairly solid and upscale, yet no mariachis. Avilas El Ranchito (on Balboa) is somewhat more beneficial 'kinfolk' orientated - food is fairly solid yet fairly casual. you're more beneficial probable to locate mariachis there.
