Maybe she disguised herself to look like she died when she really didn't. Could that be the whole think the third book?

i definitely think so. so far i've suprised by Christopher Paolini in his books for a lot of times. many Selena is going to be a turning point in the third book, she might be the solution to Eragon's and Murtagh's conflict. after all, she was one of the only 3 people Solembum the Cat talked to and Christopher Paolini couldn't have included that detail for nothing. who do u think the beggar, the third person Solembum talked to is?
