In any case the use of a blade over and over again is not good. It is okay as long as the blade is clean and sharp, but if the blade is dull then by all means, please do change it. As with anything, you must keep your equipment clean. This is a benefit for you; keeping your equipment cleaned and sanitized, means that you don't get an infection from the blade.

If as in a shaving blade it is not good to use no more than twice because of bacteria that will get in your system thru the blade becoming dull which cuts into the skin.

depends on how many times... if you get to the point where you are trying to shave and nothing comes off.. it is probably a good time to change the blade. also, the blade is in continuous contact with water, and that induces rust... common sense, one shouldn't shave with a rusty blade, right?

It is not ok you can damage your skin with a dirty blade. Get a pack with more than one blade so you can have blades available whenever you need and twice is enough but still i do not recommend it. You skin is what hold you together so take care of it. peace

i'm assuming that you meant razor/shaving blade. my practice is to have my own razor and never use another's. basically don't share for hygiene purposes of course. if it's my own i would definite reuse 'em over for another shave.

yes if your using it to kill. I mean who would be stupid enough to worry about someone else's guts going into another person if they're going to die anyway. haha, just kidding. no, i dont recommend more than twice use but you could probably clean it.
