No, especially if they don't require you to choose a mjaor until sophomore year (some colleges don't). Don't lie about your interest in majors if you're undecided.

Universities are a major deal, but many students are undecided in what they plan to do. Some don't even know till they're halfway done. Heck, some don't even know afterwards!
Ask yourself what you like to do. Any hobby could become a career really. Start off with something you'd think you'd enjoy. When I started community college, I really liked the Internet so I'm going for a computer degree.
I'm sure if you did put "undecided", the university won't mind. Just take a look at the courses offered and see if there's anything you'd like. :)

No, you'll be fine. I was undecided for two years.
It's kind of cool, actually - you can take a lot of general classes and figure out what you're really interested in/good at.
Good luck!

if the univeristy is looking to help you in your class schedule, they would like to know what your interests are so they give you an overall class scheme for each college year you do.
seriously, the first two years of college is all of the basic stuff...the actual courses which start on your major is **usually** the later two yrs.

I couldn't say and wouldn't tempt fate. Just put down anything. You are not bound to it. You can change anytime. I did.
