Within walking distance to the beach on the outer banks

I live on the west coast and it seems to be all high rises along the coastline. Good luck, oh yeah when you are gone can I have a party there? I promise to clean up and have the dancers gone by the morning!

Have you looked at Englewood, FL? This is a beach community on Florida's West coast directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Charlotte County. It is between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. I'm certain I could find you a summer home that will meet your needs and is in walking distance to the beach.
I have lived in Charlotte County for 6 years and have found it a wonderful place to be. I live about 10 minutes from Englewood Beach. It is a public beach owned and maintained by Charlotte County. It has a nice boardwalk, plenty of parking, a bath/changing house and about 1/2 mile of white sandy beach.
Englewood has shopping facilities, golf and a local community hospital. There are a number of great restaurants. It is a short drive to Venice or Port Charlotte.
