I'd have to say either Russel Peters or Fraser Young. They both have unique ways of delivering punchlines, like Peters, who makes fun of his Inidan ethnicity. He'll put on the the accent and loudly deliver the line, then pause for laughter before he starts laughing himself. It's genius. And Young delivers jokes in a sarcastic, almost satirical way, making everything he's talking about sound like the dumbest thing ever. I love them both.
