I think you meet more of one sign than another depending on what sign you are.
For example, It seems like every girl I meet is a Pisces. That doesn't mean there a dime a dozen, but maybe I'm more attracted to the Pisces.
I've met one Libra female in 3 years, and I don't think I know any Virgos, or at least I don't care to know them enough to find out their sign.

As someone else stated, Virgo (September) is the busiest month for babies but for me personally, I tend to meet pieces and aquarias everywhere!

Virgo. There are more babies born in September than any other month of the year. I personally know more Pisces than virgo, but statistics say it's Virgo.
